there once was a fellow named Nemesis, who was very sad because , even though he held a big bad gun, he looked a bit like a wuss.

so he watched all sorts of old Popeye reruns, and decided, 'that's it! spinach is the answer!'

he bought some special spinach harvested in the Savannah river site which, due to Southern Company's nuclear pollutants, possessed, unbeknownst to ole Nemesis, some particular anabolic steroid properties.

he was most pleased with the results! Now he can look big & bad to his heart's content.
